Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry
📝 Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4–6 slices ham (cooked/deli)
4–6 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella work well)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional: Dijon mustard or cream cheese for spread
🔪 Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare pastry:
Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles (about 6–8, depending on size).
Optional: Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard or cream cheese on one side.

Layer filling:
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on half the rectangles.
Cover with another piece of pastry. Press edges with a fork to seal.
Egg wash:
Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Air fry:
Place in the air fryer basket (leave space between each).
Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
Cool slightly and enjoy!
🧊 Storage Tip:
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 2–3 minutes.
