4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
500 g (1 lb) baby potatoes (whole or halved)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or thyme + oregano)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Optional: ¼ cup cooked bacon bits
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Prepare the base
Lightly grease the crockpot. Add baby potatoes to the bottom and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
Add the chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and remaining Italian seasoning. Place them on top of the potatoes.
Make the creamy sauce
